SCOPE OF COACHING SERVICES

Lean Body 360 provides health and wellness coaching intended to support clients in developing sustainable lifestyle habits related to energy, fitness, nutrition, hormonal balance, and overall wellbeing. Coaching services are designed to guide and empower clients through behavior change, accountability, and education—but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or licensed nutrition care.

The coaching relationship is not a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or dietitian-client relationship. Coaching services do not include diagnosis, treatment, or management of any health condition or mental illness. Clients who are experiencing medical symptoms, chronic conditions, or mental health concerns are strongly encouraged to seek support from the appropriate licensed professionals. Referrals may be offered when necessary.

By participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge and agree to these limitations and accept full responsibility for their health-related decisions and outcomes.

SURVEYS & CONTESTS

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lean Body 360, LLC, we are committed to delivering transformational coaching, expert resources, and high-quality support. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and willingness to take action. Because of the nature of our programs, all sales are final. However, we do offer two limited exceptions outlined below.

1. EXTENDED SUPPORT WITH PROOF OF PARTICIPATION:
   
   If you’ve completed the program in full — attended all coaching sessions, submitted all required trackers or worksheets, and actively implemented the tools and participated in your transformation — but still haven’t achieved any measurable results, you may request continued support.
   
   To be eligible, you must submit a written request within 7 days of completing the program, along with documentation showing full participation and implementation of the content.
   
   Upon review and approval of your documented participation, Lean Body 360, LLC will offer extended access or continued coaching support for up to thirty (30) days at no additional cost to help you deepen your results. This continued support is provided on a one-time, case-by-case basis and is non-transferable.
   
   Please note: This is a gesture of partnership and reflects our commitment to your success — not a guarantee. It only applies if all modules are completed and implementation is clearly demonstrated. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
    

2. CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE PROGRAMS:
   
   If an unexpected personal circumstance prevents you from completing the program, you may request to apply your full investment as a credit toward any future Lean Body 360, LLC program within 6 months of your original enrollment date.
    

​The credit:​​​​

• Must be used within the specified 6-month timeframe

• Is non-transferable

• May only be applied toward future programs of equal or greater value

• Cannot be combined with any promotional discounts

• Is not redeemable for cash

​

All credit requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

​

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted for the Following Reasons:

• Results Are Not Guaranteed: We provide proven frameworks and expert guidance, but your outcomes depend on your engagement and effort.

• Change of Mind: Deciding not to complete the program or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund.

• Discomfort Is Part of Growth: You may experience emotional or physical discomfort as you break old patterns. This is normal and essential to transformation.

• This Is Not Entertainment: Our programs are results-driven. If you expected light content or “fun,” this may not be the right fit — and that does not warrant a refund.

• Subjective Expectations: If the program didn’t meet your personal expectations, we still uphold our no-refund policy.

• Responsibility for Results: Your success depends on how you implement the tools provided. Lack of results is not grounds for a refund.

 

By enrolling, you agree to honor these terms. If you initiate cancellation, all granted licenses and access to program materials — including video recordings, PDFs, member communities, and templates — will be revoked.

 

All refund exceptions are reviewed at the sole discretion of Lean Body 360, LLC. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. These terms override any verbal representations or informal email communications regarding refunds, cancellations, or guarantees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lean Body 360, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or services on this Website.

 

Your use of the Website and programs is at your own risk, and all services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services provided by Lean Body 360, LLC, or any other relationship between you and the Company, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by final and binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitration shall take place in Suwanee, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

​

By agreeing to these terms, both parties expressly waive the right to bring a lawsuit in any court and to participate in any class or representative action. Arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive method for resolving any covered dispute.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be interpreted in accordance with Georgia law.

TERMINATION & ACCESS RESTRICTION

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website, any program, or community space at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms, act inappropriately, or engage in behavior that conflicts with the values and integrity of Lean Body 360, LLC.

 

If terminated, you forfeit all access to materials and resources. No refunds or credits will be issued upon termination.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
